Breakfast in Dee Why

Wonderful morning on the beach. Warm waters and lots of swims. Yeahaaaa!!!

Rain...

Literally has not stopped raining since Monday. 16 degrees and very wet right now. Is winter on the way haha! 

Running and BBQ in the rain

This arvo I went for a run with Frida.  45 min in rain. There is no bad weather yeah?  You know what - I loved it. For once it's not too hot and , I enjoyed that it was partly really hard... Ok that's sounded weird , but you know what I meant.... 

My waist shall be found again ! I'motivated and keen. Back to healthy life! 

Then J fired up the BBQ in the rain and we all ate together really early today. Oliver had a huge portion and discovered that mint sauce is a wonderful thing ! 

Cooler weather and banana bread

22 degrees and rain. Love it! After a very long and hot summer , a cooler day is wonderful! 

Australia Day today and a public holiday. Been cooking, clearing and generally preparing for the week. Even made a banana cake with Oliver. 

Now resting with book on sofa. ( read veging out sloth style! ) 

It has been lovely today , just very nice with a calm day...:

Me - day

After a month of eating and drinking - time to get serious! 

Jon took Oliver to Clontarf beach for a play date with Nick and his son Callum. 

I Started the day with a long run with Frida. Hard work , but felt great! 

Then cleaned the house like a whirlwind whilst the washing machine was getting loaded and reloaded.... 

Now pedicure and soon eye brow wax. 

So far a great day!
