Bought new flats today.
Bold statement with fuschia coloured flats. All my flats are brown or black so was time to add a bit of colour!

Hat...

It has proven to be very hard to get a good photo with the hat on... He doesn't like wearing it...so far...

Meditations on a sultana

The Dalai Lama is here teaching kids about mindfulness. So endearing this picture.
If you roll a sultana next to a childs ear a tiny crinkling sound comes out - apparently this is very soothing for kids.
Think I might try a bit of mindfulness later on!

I bought this table on gumtree and restored it. Was full of scratches and in need of some TLC.

A parcel arrived....from Lis (and The White Company). A beautiful pyjama and a stipey top! Love everything from The white company and these are just as comfy and gorgeous as verything else he has from there. Can't wait for him to wear it!

Happiness

I am so happy, she is finally here - the princess has arrived!

Lil Sis and Sasja had a baby girl. They are parents for the second time and Walter is now a big brother. Blissful happiness!!

We have been waiting with baited breath, she was due on the 28 May. (fint folk kommer alltid sent? Hehe).

Welcome to the world little girl, can't wait to meet you!

She is perfect. Perfectly healthy and totally beautiful. She is so cute and tiny and I love her so much even though we've never met.

Just want to get on the plane now... :)

Measuring Oliver

On our street there is a pharmacy. Brilliant pharmacy to be honest. They are specialising in baby-everything which is a great idea since this area is called 'Nappy Valley'. They sell everything from breast pumps to nappies to baby monitors. Oh, and have a good range of everything as well, they sell Medela and Dr Browns for example, which is hard to find in all shops...
Anyway... Once a week there is a midwife there and you can come in and ask questions or weigh and measure the babies.
Yesterday I went in to measure Oliver. He is 74 cm long and weighs 9.76 kg. And growing fast....

Dog toys are not allowed in the house....
However somehow F managed to sneak in the sausage!!

At the pool with Oliver for swimming (rather water awareness) lessons. It is cooold today so we will have to be quick into the showers...
Gorgeous day though, blue skies and sunny...

Coffee

Have started to occasionally drink coffee again... Had an excellent coffee at Store today with Holly. Holly is our nanny but also now a friend. (She is the cousin of one of the mums in my mother's group)
Good coffee, lots of laughs!

Walk

Yesterday it rained non stop - today sunny and beautiful. Good walk with Friedelpompi (don't ask haha) and Oliver in the pram.

Lunch and stylish boy

Lunch with Graeme , his mum and the boys at Cesares. Oliver was a text book baby as usual and ate, slept and smiled... Lovely day!
