Lamb shanks 2

The lamb shanks were good, lovely sauce and tender meat. It really was very easy, just follow the prompt and within 10 min the lid was on. I went upstairs to give O his bath and 30 min later 'beep' , and it was done. Seeing how little time we have in this house, I think this will really help!

It does not fill the house with that lovely smell of cooking as a 4 h dish normally does, apart from that - fabulous to get dinner reduces. 3.5 h in cooking time :)

We will definitely try more recipes. I think will be great for risotto , which drives me nuts with all the stirring. Now, only close the lid and wait for dinner. Woohoo!
