Snippets from last Sunday's dinner... Was really lovely, at a table by the river, food was delicious and wine to go with divine...
I had Scallops seared and served with merguez sausage, mint, chilli and rice crisps, followed by Snapper - pan seared fillet with mussels, prawns, tomato and sauce a la Grecque then Cheese plate...
J had Moreton Bay bugs roasted and served with grilled octopus, fennel and a shellfish dressing followed by Sirloin and lovely sides, for dessert - yes you guessed it- cheese!!
Yuuummmm!
