Dinner last night

Dinner last night was every bit of wonderful!! The meat was fabulous as predicted, and the rest of the dinner also fantastic! Sasja cooked a lot and J was sous-chef. I made the rich chocolate cake to finish off the night!

To begin with - look at this lovely piece of meat! I'd never thought I'd say this but it looks really beautiful!
