Slow cooked beef and red wine pappardelle

Let me start by this; the weather is atrocious. It is raining, oh no, not just raining - it is torrential rain out there. Circa 20 degrees and windy. For us that is cold weather. I'm wearing ugg boots! Perfect weather for a stew or something similar we thought.
After we bought trainers and had a coffee we decided to go grocery shopping. J decided to make the Bill Granger Beef he made once before and that we loved. This time it was even better - so yummy and tender.

So if you all have an arvo at home. Pop this on and let the house fill up with that 'wintery feeling' that only meat in oven can bring. Light candles and have a really cosy evening with a great meal. We are.....
