When things go to plan...

At the moment not everything goes to plan. I have a son. Not a robot. Hence I can't always be on time, ask him to be quiet when I need to speak to someone or stay as long as others in one place.
Therefore when mornings like today happens I'm pretty happy;

1. O slept through the night. Oh well I fed him at 11 pm and then he slept until the morning. That's pretty good for moi!
2. My foot is better. Ie I can walk. Still not with trainers on as hurst too much, but can walk in thongs.
3. Woolies turned up at 9 am. The window was between 8-11 so 9 am is great. The delivery man was nice and nothing was broken. Happy days.
4. Managed a walk with dog and pram for the first time since... Can't remember. Monday this week? 45 min in thongs was not ideal, but happy to be out!
5. O drank formula. He has been fussing and doesn't want it. He wants my breast. I don't blame him, prob taste better and is cosier. Anyway , he ate formula until full (has never happened!) and we could leave on time for Millers Point...
6. On time ( means arriving at a destination 15 min ahead of time) for lunch with J. Got to car park. Change nappy, get out the pram and gear. Get O in and walk up to Jon's work , exactly on time!
7. Had a nice lunch with J - with a content baby. Bliss!

All in all a successful morning. Must remember this when things don't go as planned when on the go with baby - which is common!

Have a good weekend everyone ! x
